As many of you may have noticed my
Well matter of fact I was away to Trinidad and
Tobago for a friend's son's Graduation in Medicine. It was great pleasure to
visit Trinidad. I was at Port Of Spain
We have three Prajapati families in Trinidad
residing at City called SAN FERNANDO. They are doing very well. I know
two families. Shree Ranjitbhai Thakorbhai Mistry of SaakI India. The other
brothers are Vinodbhai and Deepakbhai.
Over here I was amazed to find that a third or
fourth generation of Hindus celebrating all Hindu religious festival days. And
there were many mandir as well. The most beautiful mandir I saw was at town
called Waterloo. This mandir is built approximately 1000 yards out in
the sea. This is a Shiv mandir. When we went to this mandir, Bhajans were
being sung by four girls aged 15 to 17 years. They were singing in Hindi. They
were great. I was extremely impressed of their talent and professionalism.
As we know that in Trinidad they all speak only English. Thus they were
reading the Bhajans from English transcript.
I was been told that they celebrate nine days
of Diwali festival and every house has no less than 300 divas for Nine days.
Also they celebrate RAM LILA.
I will put some pictures of this marvelous Shiv
mandir on internet.
Any way I am back now and you will begin to
receive Email again from me. So watch out be ready to receive the messages.
