GALACTIC DISCOVERY: PRAJAPATIO FROM GUJARAAT HAVE BROTHERHOOD IN KULAL FROM KARNATAKA, SOUTH INDIA
Posted by Prajapati News Reporter on July 20, 2002

When Prajaapati Vishva Aashram Foundation (PVAF) created this website 4 years ago the primary purpose was to bring all the prajaapatio in the world together on one platform. This platform has no boundaries - physical, intellectual, emotional or spiritual. The platform is meant to connect all universally and unconditionally to perform sevaa (service) to each other. And the platform is meant to welcome the entire mankind in the spirit of our Creator's purpose - harmonious coexistence with all creations in the universe.

Over the last 4 years PVAF have made many contacts through this web site with individual prajaapatio far and wide. The contacts enlightened all that prajaapatio could be found practically in every country on this planet earth. The bigger enlightenment has been that prajaapatio have origins with different naam (name) and ruup (forms) in practically every state in India....

But this is the first time that PVAF has made contact with an entire "unknown" prajaapati community from another state in India. Two weeks ago KULAL (kumbhaar) community in KARNATAKA state in southern India contacted us through this web site. And with bhagvaan's krupaa (grace), at the very first contact there was a mutual feeling to form a brotherhood alliance......please kindly visit www.kulal.com to continue forming this alliance by participating in kulal's community through kulal's socially very interactive and informative and web site.....

please read more about this exciting brotherhood discovery by clicking on the next line....

Here is the communication between KULAL and PVAF starting with the first contact from kulal.com through PVAF website. PVAF encourages and urges all prajaapatio, wherever you are and from your anta-karan (buddhi, manas, ahankaar and chit), to further this initiative of forming a brotherhood with kulal in karnataka, south India .

Hello,

My name is Dharmendra Chakrasali, and I am the webmaster for www.kulal.com .

It was such a pleasure to come across your website www.prajapati-samaj.ca, it was absolutely by blind luck I happened to browse prajapati.org.uk and then got a link to your website.

Kulals are "Kumbhars" from south India. We both belong to the same caste.

I had put up kulal.com a couple of years ago and slowly we are getting popular among our people here.

I was wondering if I could set up links to your website from ours. It would be amazing to have our two peoples come together, at least on the Internet.

I am very thrilled at the prospects of our alliance.

Awaiting your replies.

With best regards,

Dharmendra Chakrasali

Namaste Dharmendra:

My name is champak mistry and I am a volunteer leader for the Education Program and Website Development for Prajaapati Vishva Aashram Foundation (PVAF). You reached us through PVAF web site www.prajapati-samaj.ca

I feel very excited at reading your email below as one of the primary mandate of PVAF is to bring all prajaapatio in the world on a single platform for brotherhood and walk jointly towards communal prosperity. We have had quite a few contacts from various prajaapati samaaj in India.

I have quickly browsed through www.kulal.com and I will be visiting the site again to have a full understanding. I must congratulate you and your team members for taking this pro-active initiative and putting in continual efforts for the last 2 years to put up the wonderful web site and make it steadily grow with participation of your community members in various parts of south India up to mumbai.

As you may be aware, prajaapati tribe consists of basically kumbhaar and suthaar lineages. Most of the people visiting PVAF web site originate in southern gujaraat from around surat to valsaad area. We have had contact with prajaapatio in hariyaanaa state and sauraashtra.

Please do link the PVAF site to your web site and please do encourage your membership to join hands with PVAF membership. On behalf of PVAF Board I can say that PVAF's mandate will be well served to form alliance with kulal community. I am copying this message to all PVAF Board members for their information and active contact with kulal community in days to come.

PVAF organization and web site is about 4 years old now and we are presently focusing on drawing all prajaapatio in the world on a common platform through education which will bring all of us prosperity. We are basically a cyberspace organization legally registered in Alberta, Canada with representatives in India, UK, Canada, USA and other places where prajaapatio have made contacts with PVAF.

This is a quick response to you. I will contact you with more information about PVAF and its members and about myself soon. In the meanwhile please feel free to tell us more about yourself and your community and any thoughts you may have on how we can establish alliance. These are the times without borders with the help of IT and
its Internet. Nothing other than our own selves should stop us having a very vibrant alliance to brotherhood and prosperity.

Namaskaar and waiting for your response......

Dear Mr. Mistry,

Namaskara. Thank you so much for your mail. It was quite refreshing to know how far up the ladder Prajapatis have reached in Canada and the UK. Also hats off to your work on the website. Very professional work indeed..

Kulals are "kumbhars" from Mangalore area in Karnataka. We are a small community in relation to other communities this region.

Kulal.com was primarily started to have a comprehensive database of contact addresses, phone numbers of all Kulals around the globe. Further developments led to a Bulletin Board, Discussion forums, Matrimonial sections strictly for the Kulal community, etc. Introduction of free consultancy with Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers etc., was another step. We are still working on this. We also provide Free Email on Kulal.com.

Kulal.com is not a charitable organization of any sort. We do not accept any donations, nor do we charge a fee for our services.

Kulal.com's main intent was to bring all Kulals together on a common platform. We are spread out all over the country and the world, and we needed some kind of a place where we could all meet.

On the ground and social front, although some of our people are above poverty line and doing well, there is a sizable amount of families who fall below this region. For that reason we have Kulal Sanghas (Social Service Organisations), which do a lot of community service. Donations given by the members help them do the good work. In addition the sanghas also help in bringing the community together by arranging sports meets, picnics, plays etc. There are many Kulal Sanghas in different parts of Karnataka, Kerala and Maharashtra.

Kulals also have a strong interaction with people belonging to same community hailing from other parts of Karnataka. The community people arising from other parts of Karnataka call themselves as " Kumbaras ". They too have their own social service wings etc.

Please do visit our site and browse around. Although recently we have been having a lot of hits and data transfers on the website, we sometimes exceed our daily quota of bandwidth and the website night stop responding..... :-( This is only a minor glitch and will be corrected in a matter of a few days.

So coming to our alliance topic. As both PVAF and Kulal.com's ideology are the same, i.e., bringing our people together, we would promote your websites full fledge on kulal.com and request our people to take active part in it. In return we would also expect you to link to our website from yours. We hope to see Prajapatis from different walks of life, actively taking part in our in our discussion forums, posting articles, etc. This kind of interaction I feel will not only bring our peoples together but also will open our minds to suggestions and ideas which will lead our community to prosperity.

I will be announcing about PRAJAPATI-SAMAJ.CA in our website in a day or two. I will also be emailing all the people on our mailing list about it.

To start with, we will have a link from the front page to your website. Soon we should come out with something more interactive, than just links. We should work on it... sometime in the future....

I have taken the liberty to CC this mail to the list of people you have CC'd. I hope that is ok.

With best regards,

Dharmendra Chakrasali

It is excellent to see all kumbhars getting to gether. Iam from Andrapradesh.....(south India). I have been in search of universal brotherhood of kulal or kumbhar or prajapati......In our state we called as "Kummara" or "Kulala" or "Shalivahana".

Here in our state the youth of Kummara recently thinking of starting all india prajapati magazine.....we may succeed in it after some time.

Its high time that we have to come together and inspire our community people universally.

I like to suggest all the people of kumbhar community of India to add Prajapati at the end of there name....so that we can gain an indentity ourselves.....We may see many communities have some indentity after there name...where we have no common indentity till now.....we have to work on it and spead this idea one to all in our community.

All the best
