practice of dharma..
Practice of yog in living your
daily life means a stress-free life....a life free of all the lifestyle diseases
of current materialistic, non-spiritual life such as depression, anxiety,
worries, fear, emotional and psychological problems....and many of these
converting into physical problems such as high cholesterol, heart troubles,
asthma, arthritis, obesity, cancer and a lot of auto-immune diseases...for which
current science of life does not have any answers...because current science of
life does not deal with aatmaa
(soul) which is what empowers one's body to function or malfunction....

in life ...these teachings are naarad puraan in which sanak-muni's
smruti (memory of intuitive knowledge conveyed by others) deal with
YOU and YOUR AATMAA
and YOUR CREATOR
