STARTING TODAY BE BLESSED TO LEARN 8-ANG OR 8 EXPEDIENT WAYS OF YOG PRACTICE IN LIFE
Posted by Champaklal Dajibhai Mistry on October 27, 2002

The last 23 days of postings of  TODAY'S PRAYER on this web site has been teaching us how to live a life practicing the science of yog.

Practice of yog lets you live with a lifestyle of non-injury to oneself and others and incurring the least paap (sins).... at the same time achieving all one's desires and the 4 objectives of life which are to prosper, to have recreation and pleasures, to attain both of the above by the practice of dharma..

Practice of yog in living your daily life means a stress-free life....a life free of all the lifestyle diseases of current materialistic, non-spiritual life such as depression, anxiety, worries, fear, emotional and psychological problems....and many of these converting into physical problems such as high cholesterol, heart troubles, asthma, arthritis, obesity, cancer and a lot of auto-immune diseases...for which current science of life does not have any answers...because current science of life does not deal with aatmaa (soul) which is what empowers one's body to function or malfunction....

From TODAY, OCTOBER 27, 2002,  the INSPIRATIONS from yog teachings in TODAY'S PRAYER will focus on the

 means to achieve
 the daily practice of
 yog
 in your lif

.....and it is not going to be those currently popular yog classes to learn body twisting exercises, learning how to breath and learning how do mental meditations meaning staying quiet ...they are the 8-ang means 8 limbs of yog which provides the 8 expedient means to practice yog in life ...these teachings are naarad puraan in which sanak-muni's smruti (memory of intuitive knowledge conveyed by others) deal with

YOU and YOUR AATMAA and YOUR CREATOR
