LEONID METEOR storms happen when THE
PLANET EARTH plows through clouds of dusty debris shed by COMET
55/P named TEMPEL-TUTTLE. Early Tuesday morning,
November 19th, 2002 we can witness the collision. Sky watchers in ideal locations may see from 500 to 1000 Leonids per hour.
