WORLDWIDE APPEAL TO ALL
TO JOIN, PARTICIPATE AND DONATE TO
AKHIL GUJRAAT PRAJAAPATI MANDAL, VADODARAA
TO BRING EDUCATION TO
EACH AND EVERY
pRjaapti
IN GUJRAAT, BHAART (INDIA)

On October 9, 2004 the annual general meeting of Akhil Gujraat Prjaapati Mandal, Vadodaraa for the year vikram savant 2060 (2004 AD) was held at the Prajaapati Pragati Mandal in Valsaad, Valsaad Jillaa (District) in Southern Gujraat. Reading the report of this meeting, YOU will realize that pRjaaptio in gujraat are awakening to the fundamental life need which is constantly taught in veD:

"KNOWLEDGE IS THE ONLY THING IN LIFE
WHICH WILL REMOVE
DuKH IN LIFE....
AND
KNOWLEDGE CAN ONLY BE OBTAINED BY
EDUCATION THROUGHOUT ONE'S LIFE

Various surveys indicate the following about the education and employment status of pRjaaptio in gujraat and other states in bhaart (India):

  • That about 70 percent of pRjaapti population live in villages and 30 percent in urban areas of gujraat.

  • That majority of those pRjaaptio living in villages generally reach education level of standard 5 or so and thus have no opportunity to get employment in the knowledge based industries of the last 50 years;

  • That majority of those pRjaaptio living in urban areas generally reach education level of standard 9 or 12 and thus have no opportunity to get employment in the knowledge based industries of the last 50 years;

  • That the historical traditional skills which made pRjaaptio the most employed people in their society has been replaced by the knowledge based industrial training and education of 20th century and will be totally replaced in 21 century with industrial knowledge;

  • That this obsolescence of traditional skills of pRjaaptio has forced them into very menial and low paying employment thus creating poverty in generation after generation;

  • that this poverty due to lack of modern education is creating many life barriers to progress, prosperity and evolution in life from generation to generation of pRjaaptio;

  • That those pRjaaptio who do not have education and employment skills and training for current employment market seem not to know the value and need of education to get well paid employment in the industrial market of 21 century  and thus do not even make an attempt to get education......

Recognizing the above depressed life status of pRjaaptio in gujraat,
Akhil Gujraat Prjaapati Mandal
has set up a gujraat-wide agenda to bring education to all pRjaaptio....
Akhil Gujraat Prjaapati Mandal
is inviting all of YOU
to join in their agenda
with YOUR contribution as
participation and/or
donation of time, resources, knowledge and funds
........
